The Zoomer is designed for the smallest riders. Most children can start riding a Zoomer on or soon after their second birthday. If your child’s inseam is at least 14″ and he or she can walk without assistance, then they are ready to ride. The adjustable seat and handlebars allow the bike to grow with your child until they are 5 or 6 years old.
